Vegan Pizza

Ingredients :

Pizza dough 

  1. wheat flour ( all purpose) – 2 cups
  2. white flour ( all purpose) – 1 cup
  3. Rapid rising yeast – 1 packet
  4. Salt – 1/2 teaspoon 
  5. Sugar – 1 teaspoon 
  6. Water – as per needed to make dough 

Pizza Sauce

  1. Tomatoes paste ( Hunts) – 1 can
  2. Basil – 2 tablespoons chopped 
  3. Red crushed peppers – 1/2 teaspoon 
  4. Oregon- 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon 
  6. Olive oil – 1 tablespoon 

Toppings

  1. Red, green, yellow bell peppers
  2. Zucchini 
  3. Olives
  4. Pineapple 
  5. Vegan cheese
  6. Other toppings (whichever you prefer)

Preparation 

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the pizza dough and make the dough 
  2. Keep it for 2-4 hours
  3. Make the sauce – mix all the ingredients and cook it for 5 minutes 
  4. Finely cut vegetables 
  5. Roll the dough into small circles and add the sauce, cheese and chopped vegetables. 
  6. Bake it for 1/2 an hour ( 350 degree temperature) 
  7. Broil it for 5 minutes.
  8. Cut the Pizza with the cutter and serve it hot
