Dhebra/fenugreek tortilla 

Ingredients 

  1. Bajri flour – 3 cup
  2. Wheat flour – 1cup
  3. Lemon – 1 
  4. Jaggery – 2 big pieces 
  5. Methi (fenugreek)Masala – 3 teaspoons
  6. Turmeric powder- 1/2 Teaspoon 
  7. Salt – 1 teaspoon 
  8. Cut Methi leaves ( fenugreek)2 bunches/ 1 frozen packet
  9. Oil – 3 tablespoons 
  10. Water – 1/2 cup
  11. Sesame seed – 2 teaspoons

Preparation 

Spice water for Dough

  1. Jaggery 
  2. Methi masala (fenugreek)
  3. Lemon
  4. Turmeric powder 
  5. Salt
  6. Water
  7. Sesame seeds
  8. Heat all the above in the pot until jaggery dissolves 

Dough 

  1. Mix Bajri flour and wheat flour 
  2. Add oil 
  3. Add Methi leaves (fenugreek)
  4. Add spice water  
  5. Make the dough and add water to mix the dough if needed

Roll into small pieces and then roll the piece into small circles ( please roll on the plastic) so it is easy. 

Then please cook the small round dough into flat cooking 🍳 and add very little oil to cook each Dhebra 😃
