Carrot Halva

Ingredients 

  1. Carrots – 10 carrots 
  2. Almond Milk – 2 cups
  3. Vegan Butter – 2 tablespoons 
  4. Golden Rasins – 2 teaspoons
  5. Cardoman powder- 1/2 teaspoon 
  6. Kesar – 1/4 teaspoon 
  7. Sugar – 1/2 cup

Preparation 

  1. First add Vegan butter to the cooking pan, then add grated carrots, 
  2. Please sautéed carrots for 5 mins 
  3. Then cover the lid for 10 mins under medium temperature. 
  4. Then add almond milk and cover the lid. 
  5. Let it cook until carrots are soft.
  6. Then burn the almond milk and add sugar and golden raisins and then please cook it on high until the water evaporates.
  7.  Please add cardoman powder and then stir it more. Now please add almonds and saffron and serve it warm😃
