- Firm Tofu – 1 box
- Tomatoes – 2
- Almonds – 5-6
- Ginger – 1 small
- Green chillies – 2 small
- Honey – 1 teaspoon
- Methi leaves – 2 tablespoons (frozen)
- Salt – as per taste
- Cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Cloves powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Red chilli power- 1/2 teaspoon
- First blend tomatoes,ginger,green chillies and almonds.
- Then add oil to the cooking pan, add cinnamon powder, clove powder and the tomatoes gravy what you blended.
- Then let it cook for 5 mins
- Add salt, honey, red chilli powder and methi leaves
- Let it cook for few minutes
- Add cubes of Tofu and let it cook for 5 minutes and then serve with rice.
