Tofu curry/ kadai Tofu

Ingredients 

  1. Firm Tofu – 1 box 
  2. Tomatoes – 2
  3. Almonds – 5-6
  4. Ginger – 1 small 
  5. Green chillies – 2 small
  6. Honey – 1 teaspoon 
  7. Methi leaves – 2 tablespoons (frozen)
  8. Salt – as per taste
  9. Cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon 
  10. Cloves powder – 1/2 teaspoon 
  11. Oil – 2 tablespoons 
  12. Red chilli power- 1/2 teaspoon 

Preparation 

  1. First blend tomatoes,ginger,green chillies and almonds. 
  2. Then add oil to the cooking pan, add cinnamon powder, clove powder and the tomatoes gravy what you blended. 
  3. Then let it cook for 5 mins 
  4. Add salt, honey, red chilli powder and methi leaves 
  5. Let it cook for few minutes 
  6. Add cubes of Tofu and let it cook for 5 minutes and then serve with rice.
