Sesame seed brittle/chiki


  1. Vegan butter – 2 teaspoon 
  2. Sesame seed – 1 cup
  3. Jaggery – 1 cup
  4. Almonds – 3 tablespoons 


  1. Add vegan butter in the cooking pan
  2. As soon as butter is warm, add Jaggery and stir it on medium gas for 5 minutes.
  3. Then switch off the gas and add sesame seeds. 
  4. Put the Doug on the greased aluminum foil and roll it as much thin as you can. Then add almonds and roll it again. 
  5. Cut them by pizza cutter or knife into square pieces and after it cools down  break them and serve.
